FULFILMENT
Once your order is placed, we will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. All parts in our inventory have been printed and tested. Some of our items are carried in stock and are listed in the Product Description as Stocked Item. Larger or less commonly ordered parts will be printed to order.
Turnaround for parts prior to shipping is:
Stocked items: 3 to 5 days
Non-stocked and large scale items (1/200 and larger): 6 to 10 days
The items will then be packaged and sent via NZ Post or Courier Post depending on your choice. Once shipped, you will then receive an email from us to let you know your item has shipped. This may contain a tracking code if you have payed for this service. NZ Post Worldwide shipping times can be found here at World Zones NZ Post.
Due to international customs laws a declaration with the value must be placed on the product, this is in order for it to clear local customs. In some cases this amount maybe undervalued as to help avoid unexpected customs charges. However unless asked by the customer to put a lower value on the shipment, we will always put the actual value. If the customer requests a lower value to be placed on the declaration, then please be aware the full amount can’t be claimed in the event of damage or loss.
Please see Terms & Conditions.
PLEASE NOTE: Because New Zealand Post does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, they can’t guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in customs, may take longer.
OUR PACKAGING
Other than our products (and models of course) we absolutely hate plastic. It’s clogging up our oceans and streets, filling up our landscapes and destroying or polluting the habitat of the many wild animals we share this planet with.
Unfortunately we humans tend to do what we like without much consideration for the amazing wildlife that we live with. We can and must do better or many of the beautiful creatures that grace us will be no more, therefore we have chosen to use compostable or recyclable packaging for our products.
At Micro Master we could have chosen the cheaper and easier option like many of our competitors who use plastic tubes, plastic bags, bubble wrap etc. We all have to start somewhere in minimizing the damage we do, so please ask the same service from other accessory or model suppliers you may use.
Please make sure that all the packaging is disposed of appropriately. Thank you.
