TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note: At Micro Master customer satisfaction is one of our primary goals. However when relying on many different postal services and handlers then accidents can and do sometimes happen. We try to minimize damage to our products through different ways of packaging our items, sometimes unfortunately even this isn't enough. Below is a list of what to do if the product arrives in a damaged condition (or doesn't arrive at all).


Missing or late deliveries

  • Wait for the maximum time as stated for your region on the the NZ Post website.
  • Then beyond this period wait at least 7 more days, items often and frequently do get held up in customs
  • Try contacting your local Post Office or Post Shop to see if they have any details
  • Only then should you contact Micro Master support. Once we've been made aware of the late arrival or delivery we will then wait for another 10 days, most items will turn up during this period
  • Once we are fully convinced a parcel is missing then we will ship another to the same address but only if the full value was declared on the customs declaration as this can then be claimed. If the customer wishes to lower the value of their order on the customs declaration then this is the value of replacement items that we will ship
  • If the original parcels arrives whilst a replacement is en-route then please wait until the replacement arrives and then contact us to see if we require the replacement shipping back to us, this will be done on a case by case basis
  • Customers that DO NOT pay import charge on their shipment where the parcel is then returned to Micro Master will be liable for the shipment to be re-sent. If the customer refuses to pay for the return postal fee then NO refund for the shipment will be issued. 
  • No more than 1 replacement package will be sent.

Damaged items or parcels

  • If there is damage to your parcel then please take photographs immediately of the damage and then contact us, sending us pictures of the damage to the box and the damaged items
  • In the unlikely case of items getting damaged within the box with no visible damage to the box, Micro Master does not offer refunds for these parts but can either ship another part or offer a credit note on the customers next purchase
  • We will ship a replacement item but only if the full value was declared on the customs declaration as this can then be claimed. If the customer wishes to lower the value of their order on the customs declaration then this is the value of replacement items that we will ship
  • If the original parcels arrives whilst a replacement is en-route then please wait until the replacement arrives and then contact us to see if we require the replacement shipping back to us, this will be done on a case by case basis
  • No more than 1 replacement package will be sent.

Micro Master is not liable for any local taxes that are incurred when passing through customs or other handling fees.

Micro Master is a small family run business and we value the complete satisfaction of our customers. We do our best to make sure your orders are fulfilled and will do our best within our policies and good faith to uphold this. In most cases we will use common sense and good will to resolve any issues.

About our 3D Models
At Micro Master we have many years of experience and training in creating and printing these parts to the highest possible standard. This primarily is why we will NOT under any circumstances sell our 3D models to any 3rd party for printing purposes themselves. Our models are the best available created using high-end software, high specification hardware and industry leading 3D printers. All-in-all our 3D printed parts are priced very reasonably when weighed against the years of experience and financial/personal investment. We want you our customers to love these parts as much as we do!
