1/35 Royal Navy Vickers 3-pdr 1.85"/50 (47mm) QF MKI x1 on Vickers MKI mount as used by the Royal Navy. Note this is the Vickers 3-pdr NOT the Hotchkiss 3-pdr, The Vickers 3-pdr was slightly larger and more powerful, having an overall barrel length of 98.9" whereas the Hotchkiss barrel length was 80.6"). This is a highly detailed part using the Norman Ough plans for the most accurate and detailed Vickers 3-pdr 1.85"/50 (47mm) Guns available. These guns were used on Iron Duke Class ships and Queen Elizabeth Class ships along with many ships in WW1 and small craft throughout WW2.

HISTORICAL DATA
A more powerful gun than the Hotchkiss 3-pdr, this weapon was used as a secondary gun on cruisers and later as an AA weapon during World War I. Actual bore length was 50.05 calibers.
